PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical comb on which saw-like wires can easily and stably be arranged, disposed and fixed at a prescribed inclination angle without causing an individual variation and without causing a disorder and a displacement, when fixed with an adhesive. SOLUTION: The cylindrical comb 1 has saw-like wires 7 arranged and fixed to the cylindrical surface 3 of a base 2 in an axial direction B between side plates 6, 6 attached to both the end surfaces 4, 4 in the axial direction B of the base 2 in a manner to have a prescribed inclination angleθto the circumferential direction A. The cylindrical comb is characterized by disposing gauge surface 8 in a direction which set the saw-like wires 7 arranged at the prescribed angleθto follow the prescribed inclinationθ, on one or both of the side plates 6, 6.
