PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet stacker capable of achieving miniaturization and of stably operating. SOLUTION: The sheet stacker has a sheet stacking table having a sloped sheet support surface where an upstream side is higher than a downstream side, a sheet releasing means that drops a sheet S on the sheet stacking table, an end stopper 105 holding sheets on the sheet stacking table, and a stopper moving means that changes the position of the end stopper and a control means, and controls a rear edges position of the sheets during loading the sheets to be even height regardless of the sheet size.
