PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit an ambulance crew to smoothly carry a patient to an emergency treatment room without making nurses wait at an emergency entrance and permit nurses and the like to identify the crew as the ambulance crew. SOLUTION: An emergency calling machine 4 for the ambulance crew to call nurses is installed at the emergency entrance, direction indicating lights 8 are provided in appropriate positions of a passageway from the emergency entrance to the emergency treatment room. A guidance button to guide the ambulance crew to the emergency treatment room by operating the direction indicating lights 8 in response to a call of the emergency calling machine 4 to a master nurse calling machine 3, and a display 16 displaying an image taken by a slave camera 4a are provided. A control machine 6 controls the display of the direction indicating lights 8 in response to the operation of the guidance button and permits the ambulance crew to be guided.
