PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust receiving device of a horizontal supporting plate which prevents accumulation of dust on a dust receiving supporting member due to dust falling through a gap between one side edge of a dust dropping hole of the horizontal supporting plate and a cover member, to facilitate cleaning of the horizontal supporting plate, and to keep a clean appearance. SOLUTION: The dust dropping hole 8 is provided in the horizontal supporting plate 2a such as a shelf board 2. A dust receiving box 10 is provided for receiving dust falling through the dust dropping hole 8 and arranged on the dust receiving supporting member 9 provided under the horizontal supporting plate 2a so that the one side edge of the dust dropping hole 8 forms an overhang 2d projecting above the dust receiving box 10 and that the one side edge projects inward from an edge of the dust receiving box 10.
