PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mudguard mounting device for a bicycle eliminating the necessity of forming a hole part to mount mudguards in a fork shoulder and a fork stem and preventing detachment of the mudguards even when a nut is loosened. SOLUTION: The mudguard mounting device is provided with a fixation crown nut 24 press fitted to inside of the fork stem 17 of a front fork; a mudguard bracket 23 mounted with the mudguards 21, 22; a pedestal 26 made abut on a lower end part of the fork stem 17; and a fixation bolt 25 inserted from the lower end part side of the fork stem 17 through the mudguard bracket 23 and the pedestal 26 to inside of the fork stem 17 and screwed to the fixation nut 24. By fastening the fixation bolt 25 to the fixation nut 24, the pedestal 26 is made abut on the lower end part of the fork stem 17, and between the pedestal 26 and a head part of the fixation bolt 25, the mudguard bracket 23 is nipped, so as to fix the mudguards 21, 22.
