PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polymer composition which contains an aliphatic polyester replaceable by a plant-derived material, excels in antistatic property and excels further in impact resistance, and of which fracture morphology is ductile fracture. SOLUTION: The antistatic resin composition contains 100 pts.mass of an aliphatic polyester resin (A), 5-300 pts.mass of an olefin resin (B), 0.01-10 pts.mass of an ionic compound (C) which is liquid at ordinary temperature, and 2-300 pts.mass of an aromatic vinyl polymer (D) consisting of an aromatic vinyl polymer (D1) and/or an aromatic vinyl polymer (D2), wherein the aromatic vinyl polymer (D1) is an elastomer containing a polymer block consisting mainly of an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block consisting mainly of a conjugated diene compound, and the aromatic vinyl polymer (D2) is an elastomer obtained by hydrogenating the aromatic vinyl polymer (D1).
