<p>Disclosed are polymer particles having an average particle diameter of from 20 nm to 100 µm. Each of the polymer particles has a polymer phase containing a polymer and a pigment. The pigment is dispersed in the polymer phase, and at least one pore is formed inside the particle. Preferably, the pigment content is 3-80 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the polymer.</p> |
