<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for warning a customer performing a transfer transaction while talking with a cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: A transfer management server 20, when confirming that a customer trying to perform a transfer transaction talks with a cellular phone from an image obtained by photographing the customer by an apparatus monitoring camera 24, listens to a conversation between the customer and his/her talking party by calling the customer's cellular phone, and when a keyword stored in a database 25 is confirmed from the contents of the conversation before the definition of the transfer transaction, transmits a keyword existence report to an automatic transaction apparatus 1 and the automatic transaction apparatus 1 displays a transfer transaction execution presence/absence picture, and when input for stopping the transfer transaction is recognized, stops the transfer transaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
