<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a load voltage from rapidly lowering due to an instantaneous voltage drop during a period from the detection of the instantaneous voltage drop to the cutting-off of a high speed switch. <P>SOLUTION: A current control command part 210 outputs a current control command S10 that supplies a current for compensating for a distortion element of the load current caused by an instantaneous voltage drop. A voltage control command 220 outputs a voltage control command S20 to output a three-phase voltage that is a rated voltage to the load. The current control command S10 is output during the period from the detection of an instantaneous voltage drop to the cutting-off of the high speed switch to reduce a drop in the load current, thus preventing the load voltage from rapidly dropping due to an instantaneous voltage drop.
