<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main circuit structure for a power converter that generates the same effects as those in increasing a capacity of a capacitor of one's own phase while sharing a capacitor of a mutual phase by reducing the inductance of the capacitor of a mutual phase, semiconductor device, and a conductor, connecting the capacitor of a mutual phase and the semiconductor, in total if there are two-phases of main circuit structures oppositely to each other. <P>SOLUTION: The main circuit structure for the power converter is composed of at least two semiconductor devices 1, 2, a capacitor 3 for smoothing a DC voltage, a flat-plate-like positive-side conductor 4 and a flat-plate-like negative-side conductor 5 that respectively connect each terminal of the semiconductor devices 1, 2 and a terminal of the capacitor 3, and a flat-plate-like AC-side conductor 8 that connects the terminals of the semiconductor devices 1, 2 to the AC side. The main circuit structure for a power converter is configured to provide two-phases of main circuit structures oppositely to each other. A positive-side connection conductor 6 connecting the two positive-side conductors 4 is arranged in parallel with a negative-side connection conductor 7 connecting the two negative-side conductors 5 so as to be close to each other. The positive-side connection conductor 6, the negative-side connection conductor 7, the positive-side conductors 4, and the negative-side conductors 5 respectively have a shape having almost the same width. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
