PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-controlling passage formation means of an electronic unit capable of suppressing degradation of temperature control performance, and allowing temperature control design conforming to a target to be carried out; and an electronic device. SOLUTION: This temperature-controlling passage formation means of an electronic unit 4 mounted to a case 3 for an electronic unit attached to a housing 2 is formed into a structure comprising: partition plates 51 and 61 mounted to the electronic unit 4; and partition receiving plates 52 and 62 mounted to the case 3, and abutting on the partition plates 51 and 61 to form a seal region.
