摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic electronic component in which a defect of a molding can be precisely inspected and the yield of the product can be improved. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the ceramic electronic component, a green body 21 is imaged with thermoneutron flux R. The thermoneutron flux R has a sufficient attenuation coefficient for a hydrogen atom H contained more in an organic compound as compared with X rays. Therefore, a distribution state of a powder material bonded with a binder resin 23 can be detected with a high contrast in the green body 21, and a filling defect 25 in the green body 21 can be precisely detected.
