PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a probability that a non volatile memory such as an EEPROM reaches the end of the life. SOLUTION: A PID control device includes a RAM 3 for storing a latest parameter value, an EEPROM 4 for storing a definite parameter value, and a writing/reading unit 5 for writing/reading the RAM 3 or the EEPROM 4. The writing/reading unit 5 includes an operation detecting unit 50 for detecting operations other than a setting change operation of the PID parameter, and a writing processing unit 51 for writing the latest PID parameter value stored in the RAM 3 in the EEPROM 4 as the definite value when the operation detecting unit 50 detects operations other than the setting change operation of the PID parameter.
