PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door plate obtained by compounding stone and metal material, having goodness of the respective materials in terms of outside appearance, and making a stereoscopic and gorgeous design. SOLUTION: The door plate includes: a quadrangular base plate 2 composed of one kind of material selected from among natural stone, artificial stone and porcelain tile; a panel 3 having a surface plate 5 superposed on a part of a surface 7 of the base plate and a support plate 6 bonded to one side end face 8 of the base plate and composed of a stainless plate or an aluminum plate; and a spacer plate 4 having smaller external shape than the surface plate of the panel and interposed between the surface of the base plate and the surface plate. The surface plate of the panel is attached to the surface of the base plate through the spacer plate, and also the support plate of the panel is attached to the end face of the base plate, and then a display part 9 for displaying a full name or the like is provided on one side or both sides of an exposed part of the surface plate and the base plate.
