PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor superior in sensitivity by efficiently generating a magnetic field in a wide range for a measurement object such as a rotator like a vane of a turbo supercharger. SOLUTION: The sensor includes: a disk-like support 2 having a surface layer comprising an electric insulating material; a plurality of conductor patterns 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e formed on the surface of the support concentrically with the support and connected in parallel with each other, for magnetically exciting the measurement object comprising a nonmagnetic conductor; positive electrode terminals 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 8e provided at arbitrarily positions of the respective conductor patterns and connected to a DC power supply; and negative electrode terminals 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, 9e establishing symmetry with the respective positive electrode terminals with respect to the center of the support and connected to the DC power supply.
