A blood plasma quick freezer is provided to prevent the degeneration of the plasma by alternately operating the direct freezing and indirect freezing at a one chamber. A blood plasma quick freezer comprises a refrigerator main body(1), a direct freezing unit and an indirect freezing unit. The refrigerator main body includes a door(11), a chamber(13), a drain tank(14), an outer case(15), a vacuum insulation panel and an insulation unit. The chamber and the drain cistern are connected with a drain hole(12). The vacuum insulation panel is adhered to the inner wall of the outer case. The insulation unit is formed between the outer case and the chamber. The direct freezing unit has a direct freezing pipe and a first evaporator. The direct freezing pipe is attached at the four direction side of the chamber. The indirect freezing unit blows the air into the chamber after exchanging the heat between the cool air in the chamber inside and a second evaporator. The indirect freezing unit is installed in the chamber inside.
