<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining material allowing easy and smooth insertion into even conduits involving many largely bent parts and a conduit lining method using it. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible and tubular lining material 1 impregnated with a thermosetting resin is folded with a small width, bound with a tape 4 and sandwiched with steel belts 6 and 6' so as to impart elasticity and stiffness to the whole of the lining material. A steel belt 10 for guidance is fixed to the chip of the lining material 1. Since the lining material 1 is drawn or pushed into conduits through the steel belts 10, 6 and 6', a branch lining material can be inserted easily and smoothly into even a branch pipe having a large number of rectangularly or nearly rectangularly bent parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
