PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable telephone contact environment by preventing the omission of telephone contact related to a failed call. SOLUTION: A telephone call information notifying apparatus comprises telephone terminals 1 of a calling source and a called destination; a call information database 11 inputting and storing call information, associated with a call between the telephone terminals, including whether the call between the telephone terminals ends in failure from the outside; a telephone terminal user database 12 for storing the relation between the telephone terminals 1 and users 4; a user terminal 5 through which a user 4 can input the user state, indicating whether the user 4 is present or absent; and a telephone terminal 1 or user terminal 5 which notifies the user 4 of the call information associated with the call. When the user state is input to the user terminal 5, a failed call involving the telephone terminal 1 related to the user 4 associated with the input user state is specified, and the telephone terminal 1 or user terminal 5 is made to notify a notice of information, associated with the specified failed call to the user 4 which is related to at least one of the telephone terminals 1 of the calling source or called destination of the specified failed call.
