PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance and inspection terminal for improving the efficiency of maintenance and inspection by showing the condition of a lamp to a maintenance worker who perform the maintenance and inspection for equipment including the lamp installed in a fixed range. SOLUTION: The maintenance and inspection terminal 20 can be communicated with a lamp monitoring control device which monitors the condition of the equipment including the lamp installed in a fixed range, and is held by the maintenance worker who performs the maintenance and inspection of the lamp. A communication interface 21 receives, from the lamp monitoring control device 10, lamp information showing the condition of the lamp monitored by the lamp monitoring control device 10.
