PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain defective cleaning in a belt conveyer of cleaning a belt surface by a blade abutting on the belt surface. SOLUTION: This intermediate transfer device 6 includes a plurality of rollers including a driven roller 63, an intermediate transfer belt 61 laid onto the plurality of rollers, and a meandering restraining guide 66 formed in the intermediate transfer belt 61. The intermediate transfer belt 61 is circulated by rotation of the plurality of rollers, and is constituted to bring an outer circumferential face into contact with the cleaning blade 65a. The meandering restraining guide 66 is formed in a protruded area 61a of the intermediate transfer belt 61, and restrains the intermediate transfer belt 61 from meandering, by abutting on an end face 63c of the driven roller 63. The end face 63c of the driven roller 63 is formed with a protruded part 63d and a groove part 63e circulated around the periphery of a rotation axis following the rotation of the driven roller 63.
