PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation inspecting device capable of efficiently inspecting insulation between respective electrodes of a product. SOLUTION: The insulation inspecting device 120 comprises: a first probe 128 connectable to a ground electrode 122; a second probe group 136 that can connect respective electrodes 130 in series; relays 138, 148, 149 capable of connecting the respective electrodes 130 in series to the ground electrode 122 and releasing the connection; a connection confirmation circuit 140 capable of confirming connection of the first probe 128 and second probe group 136 to the ground electrode 122 and a group of electrodes 130, in a series-connected state by the relays 138 etc.; an insulation inspection circuit 150, capable of inspecting the presence or absence of insulation between the ground electrode 122 and the respective electrodes 130, in a series connection released state by the relays 138 etc.; and relays 154, 155 capable of switching the connection confirming circuit 140 and the insulation inspecting circuit 150, together with the relays 138, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
