PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planet mechanism which can achieve a large reduction gear ratio while suppressing an increase in weight. SOLUTION: The planet mechanism 10 comprises: a sun gear 11 as an input; a fixed ring gear 12; a planet carrier 13 as an output; a first planet gear 15 which is supported by the planet carrier 13, and engaged with the sun gear 11; and a second planet gear 16 which is supported by the planet carrier 13, and engaged with the ring gear 12. A first rotation shaft 15a of the first planet gear 15 is arranged in the vicinity of a planet carrier rotating shaft 13a of the planet carrier 13 rather than a second rotation shaft 16a of the second planet gear 16.
