PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting for sliding a lid stone for covering bone with the metal fitting attached thereon to remove the lid stone for covering the bone safely easily when it is removed. SOLUTION: The stainless metal fittings (2) are fixed to the right and left sides of the lid stone (1) for covering the bone and wheels (3) for sliding the lid stone (1) are mounted at the lower parts of the stainless metal fittings (2). The lid stone (1) includes stoppers (4) for each fixing the stainless metal fitting when the metal fittings are tilted and used and includes holes (5) into which the stoppers are inserted.
