PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting which facilitates mounting of a sash thereon and exhibits excellent design. SOLUTION: The fitting is arranged in an opening formed in a wall partitioning a blow-bye space from an adjacent space to an upper side of the blow-bye space, and formed of a head mounted on an upper edge of the opening formed in the wall, and the sash movable in a width direction along an upper rail arranged on the head. The head includes: an upper surface portion on which the upper rail is vertically set; a vertical plate portion vertically extending from an edge of the upper surface portion, close to the blow-bye space along the inside of the wall; a first horizontal surface portion extending from a lower edge of the vertical plate portion toward the blow-bye space; and a second horizontal surface portion arranged under the first horizontal surface portion and close to the blow-bye space.
