PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform individual display of identification information in accordance with a use mode and to reduce wastes substantially. SOLUTION: According to a main control board 20, an identification board 201 of identification information corresponding to a board body 202 is fixed to a notch part 203 of the board body 202, and the board body 202 and the identification board 201 are more integrally connected to first and second sealing seals 206 and 207, so that individual display of the identification information in accordance with the use mode can be efficiently performed and wastes can be reduced substantially since it is not necessary to manufacture identification board 201 which becomes useless.
