PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow only one carrying person to take out a person having difficulty with refuse by him/herself from a room and to help him/her go downstairs from upstairs in the case of emergency such as a fire in a multistory building. SOLUTION: The rescue carriage for the person having difficulty with refuse is configured so that a seat 2 is provided inside a box body 1 with an open top. a slidable body 3, which is composed of a front sledge part 31 made of a sliding material such as nylon, plastic or metal and a rear sledge part 32 made of a friction material such as rubber or a urethane resin, is provided on the outer surface of the floor surface part 1c of the box body, and wheels 4 is attached to both right and left sides in the lower part of the outer surface of a front surface part in the box body.
