PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent stock liquid which is excellent in: cleaning ability of cleaning and removing an adhesive in a short time even when diluted at a high ratio; and non-erosion giving no damage to base material upon the cleaning. SOLUTION: The cleaning agent stock liquid for a temporary adhesive contains at least a compound (a) represented by a general formula (1): R1R2N-R3-OH, and alkyl ammonium hydroxide (b), in water, and in the formula, R1, R2 each represents hydrogen or a 1-4C alkyl group and R3 represents -CH<SB>2</SB>-CH<SB>2</SB>- or -CH<SB>2</SB>-CH(CH<SB>3</SB>)-.
