A method for increasing the write speed of file data and file system management information in the cases where the area of the nonvolatile memory of an information recording module is managed by a file system and preventing rewrite-life shortening of the nonvolatile memory. A page cache control unit (217) for performing control to store page cache information (224) in a nonvolatile memory (22) of the information recording module (2) and to use a specific physical block in a cache fashion when a small amount of data is written is provided in the information recording module (2). An access module (1) is provided with a page cache information setting section (104) for setting information required to control the page cache in the information recording module (2). The combination of the access module (1) and the information recording module (2) enables prevention of requirement of redundant entailment saving of when a small amount of data is written by using the page cache and enhancement of write speed.
