<p>An image processor (3) is provided with an image input part (7) for acquiring an image- picked up image of an image pickup device (2) arranged in a vehicle, a vehicle information input part (8) for acquiring a distance between a branching point or a curve of a road and the vehicle from a navigation system (5), a recording part (15) in which image pickup information and driver information are previously recorded, an enlargement object recognition part (9) recognizing a prescribed enlargement object included in the inputted image-picked up image, and a synthesis part (11) generating a synthesized image obtained by synthesizing the enlarged image with the image-picked image in the case of recognizing the enlargement object. The synthesis part (11) calculates a non-dead space angle area which is not an image of a dead space of the driver in the image-picked up image by using the distance acquired by the vehicle information input part (8) and the image pickup information and the driver information, which are recorded in the recording part (15), and synthesizes the images so that the enlarged image is overlapped with the non-dead space area. Thus, the driver can recognize information on the dead space area and the enlarged image with one action.</p> |
