Multiple closing lamellae (24) are moved between a closing position and an opening position. The air opening is more closed in the closed position of the closing lamellae than the opening position of the closing lamellae. The closing lamellae are movably arranged along a curved web i.e. circular path. The fuel consumption is lowered due to reduced flow resistance.
