The disclosure relates to the identification and use of gene expression profiles namely of the genes BubB1, CENPA, NEK2, RAC-GAP1 and RRM2 for the grading, the prognosis of cancer recurrence, the prediction of responsiveness of a subject to treatment with endocrene therapy, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy. The disclosure further comprises a method to determine therapeutic treatment of estrogene-receptor negative breast cancer patients, a method of determining the tumor grade of said cancer patients, said methods using expression profiling of the genes above. |
