An assemblable unit panel is to provide an insulating plate integrated with jigs on a resin plate in order for the jigs to be fastened to the resin plate by a fixing pin, thereby firmly fixing the insulating plate to the resin plate. An assemblable unit panel comprises: a resin plate(110) having a plurality of insulating fixing pins; an insulating plate(120); and a metal plate(130). The metal plate is placed on the insulating plate and includes a through-hole(126) and a penetration hole(131) corresponding thereto. The edge of the metal plate is curved and contacted to the edge of the resin plate. A first combining hole(111) and a second combining hole corresponding to the first combining hole are positioned on the edge of the metal plate. A plurality of insulating fixing pins are located at the bottom of the resin plate.
