<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device, capable of preventing generation of cloudiness on the internal side of the whole glass existed in the LED light-emitting direction and restraining deterioration in the illumination efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lighting device comprises a substrate, a plurality of LEDs arranged on one surface of the substrate, a light-transmitting plate arranged on the surface penetrated by emitting light of the LED, and a ventilator for ventilating a wind on the other surface of the substrate.
