<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, a process cartridge using the same and an image forming device, which can be made smaller compared with when arranging a seal member opening device and a developer carrier in parallel over almost the width. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device is constituted of: a developer carrier 116 for carrying the developer for developing a latent image formed on an image carrier 8; a developer container 13 for containing the developer to be supplied to the developer carrier 116; a seal member 123 for closing an aperture for passing developer from the container 13; a path for exposure 10 which is formed in a housing and for forming a static latent image on the image carrier 8 and also forming a light passing area which becomes narrower away from the image carrier 8; an opening means for opening the seal member 123 arranged in a region out of the light passing region of the light path 10 for exposure for closing the aperture of the developer container 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
