<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for an air filter, and an air filter housing which are simple in construction and inexpensive in assembling and manufacturing, in which the efficiency of the air filter and drainage is greatly improved. <P>SOLUTION: The cover (10) for the air filter has an air intake opening (12) for generating an air flow into the air filter (4).
