PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device capable of achieving offset adjustment or the like with high precision while suppressing an increase in a circuit scale, and to provide an electronic instrument. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device has an amplifying circuit 10 having cascade-connected first to N-th amplifiers AM1 to AM3 and to which an input signal is input, an A/D converter 50 which performs A/D conversion to the signal amplified by the amplifying circuit 10, first to N-th D/A converters DAC1 to DAC3 provided correspondingly to the first to N-th amplifiers AM1 to AM3 and making offset adjustments of the first to N-th amplifiers AM1 to AM3, and a control circuit 70 which makes settings for the offset adjustments and gain adjustments of the first to N-th amplifiers AM1 to AM3 using the first to N-th D/A converters DAC1 to DAC3.
