PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a microstrip line in which conductor foil is not damaged even when it is deformed by the thermal expansion or the like of the microstrip line itself or a metal plate to which the microstrip line is fixed or the like. SOLUTION: In the connection structure, both ends of the conductor foil 13A having an elastic structure are connected to a first center conductor 11A and a second center conductor 11B respectively and a first microstrip line and a second microstrip line are connected to each other. As the conductor foil having the elastic structure, the conductor foil twisted with the longitudinal direction as the almost center axis of rotation, the conductor foil having a bellows structure bent at least twice in a direction roughly vertical to the longitudinal direction, the conductor foil having a helical spring structure etc., are listed.
