PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor capable of improving withstand voltage. SOLUTION: The multilayer capacitor 20 is provided with: a capacitor body 21 of a rectangular shape, and four external electrodes (first-fourth external electrodes 22-25) provided on four corners of the capacitor body 21 so as to be non-contact to each other. The capacitor body 21 is configured by sequentially stacking four kinds of internal conductor layers (first-fourth internal conductor layers 26-29) each having a square shape on a plane crossing a stacking direction and having different positions of leading portions (26e-29e) via a dielectric layer 21a, and four sides for defining the first-fourth internal conductor layers 26-29 have a positional relation not matching in the stacking direction.
