PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a person in an emergency situation of being sick or the like or a little child to easily and surely transmit mail reporting his/her safety to his/her family or the like. SOLUTION: Telephone sets 1 and 2 for transmitting fixed phrase mail specified beforehand to a specified party are provided with a control part 11 for executing control so as to transmit the fixed phrase mail corresponding to a time zone during which mail transmission is instructed to the specified party specified beforehand when a specified operation is performed by operation and display parts 12 and 22 for instructing the transmission of the mail.
