<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consistent and effective method of immunizing cancer patients. <P>SOLUTION: This invention provides a method of overcoming immune suppression by inducing production of untreated T cell and recovered T cell immunity, that is, recovery of immunity. This invention further provides a method by vaccine immunotherapy including a process for inducing production of an untreated T cell and a process for exposing the untreated T cell at an appropriate site to an endogenous or an exogenous antigen. This invention also provides a method of exposing a tumor peptide to a T cell for obtaining immunization of the T cell by promoting the differentiation and maturation of immuno-dendritic cells at a local lymphatic node to remove the disturbance of immunization at the local lymphatic node and enabling the exhibition of a peptide processed by the generated mature dendritic cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
