PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication device to which an extension function is added without widening the installation space and which becomes neither unnecessarily large in size nor expensive for a user who requires no extension function. SOLUTION: The information communication device A includes a basic module M1 fixed to a wall while having its rear portion in the wall, and an exposed panel P mounted detachably on the front side of the basic module M1 and electrically connected to the basic module M1. The exposed panel P constitutes a basic device having basic functions with the basic module M1 while mounted on the basic module M1. At least one of the basic module M1 and exposed panel P includes a connection means of electrically connecting an extension module M2 which has an extension function other than the basic functions and is disposed together with the basic module M1 side by side along the back of the exposed panel P.
