PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thermoplastic resin film by melt-casting a thermoplastic resin, wherein viscosity-reducing effect and improvement of in-process staining suppression are both achieved, and performance deterioration at recycling is suppressed, and to provide the thermoplastic resin film improved in phase-difference dispersion so as to be suitable for an optical film and by the manufacturing method.
