PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiving module reducing effectively a noise to a PD, while suppressing a cost increase. SOLUTION: This optical transceiving module is provided with a substrate, a wavelength branching filter, a photoreception element, a light emitting element, a light receiving lens element, and a transmitting lens element. A transmitting light is output via the wavelength branching filter. The wavelength branching filter is provided with a base material, a first film formed on the first face of the base material receiving light for reception, and a second film formed on the second face receiving light for transmission. The first film transmits both light beams. The second film transmits the light for transmission and reflects the light for reception. The light for reception is transmitted through the first face in the wavelength branching filter, is reflected on the second face, and is thereafter transmitted again through the first face to be made incident into the light receiving lens element.
