PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting structure for vehicular meter, capable of shortening the depth size of the vehicular meter, without having to reduce the lighting function of a pointer and a display part. SOLUTION: In the vehicular meter 1, a front cover 6 leads in a light L, emitted from each point light source 9 from the tip face 61a of a lower end 61 and leads out from the front face 6a and the back face 6b. The light L, emitted from the back face 6b of the front cover 6, is reflected by the inner bottom face 4a of the pointer storage part 41 of a lower housing 4 and illuminates the pointer 5 and the display part 10. Here, since the pointer 5 and the display part 10 are black, the pointer 5 and the display part 10 are displayed in floating mode.
