PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the presence of trains at both adjacent stations of each station, and to avoid a collision until arriving at the next station in any case in a single track. SOLUTION: The operation method is characterized in that the trains present on one line start at the approximately same time from such a state that they all stop at the respective stations separated by an even number when a span between the stations is 1. Therefore, in the starting of the train, the trains are not present at both adjacent stations and a collision cannot be generated. For example, laser light is transmitted to platforms of both the adjacent stations, and they may be interlocked with a departure switch in series. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
