PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle air conditioning system preventing misuse of an absence-time air conditioner control function. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle air conditioning system 100, equipped with the absence-time air conditioner control function for controlling a cabin air conditioner when an operator to operate the cabin air conditioner is absent away from the vehicle, is provided with a living body presence/absence determining means 12 for determining whether or not a human or an animal is present in the vehicle; and an absence-time air conditioner control use suppressing means 13 for granting the operator an inhibitory effect on the use of the absence-time air conditioner control function while leaving the human or animal in the vehicle.
