#CMT# #/CMT# The system has a sensor (7) e.g. optical or capacitive sensor, responding to presence of an article at doors (1, 2) of a motor vehicle i.e. car, and a receiver for receiving a communication signal. An AND-gate device and an actuating element for releasing a locking device are provided for fixing the doors in a locked position during receiving of a vehicle-specific communication signal and detection of an article at the doors. The AND-gate device and the actuating element are controllable by the sensor and the receiver. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Door opener system for use in a motor vehicle i.e. car (from drawing). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The system can be installed without a break-through at outer surfaces of the doors of the motor vehicle, so that a simple, less expensive assembly is achieved and the danger from weather-related damage at or due to the break-through of the doors is avoided.
