Complementary system for control and system in wells refers to innovations in control systems currently available on the market, which provide a higher safety in offshore facilities. The functionality of the present invention intends to provide higher safety to offshore facilities, so as to protect and prevent an oil well tree from suffering strokes caused by manoeuvres and/or tie up of semi-submersible platforms, thereby providing control and direct protection to the oil well in order to safeguard the physical integrity of the personnel, protect the environment and offshore facilities.
