When the supply is determined, the CPU 610 supplies a timing signal to a temperature measuring circuit 111 and a humidity measuring circuit 121, measures temperature and humidity, and records measuring time and humidity data obtained by correlating the temperature with the humidity in a recording circuit 400. When determining that no timing signal has been supplied, the CPU 610 determines whether or not a shock measuring circuit 211 has supplied shock data.
