LIVING BODY MENTAL/PHYSICAL CONDITION ADJUSTING SYSTEM AND COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mental/physical condition adjusting system and a computer-readable recording medium, capable of securely improving the mental/physical condition of a living body without applying stress to the living body.

SOLUTION: The mental/physical condition adjusting system comprises: a biorhythm detecting part 1 for detecting biorhythm accompanying the voluntary motion of the living body; a biorhythm information recording part 3a for recording the biorhythm information detected by the biorhythm detecting part 1; a stimulation generating part 2a for generating time-serial signals including the fluctuation expressed by the expression 1/fβ(β>1); a stimulation applying part 2b for applying the generated time-serial signals to the living body as stimulation; a stimulated biorhythm information recording part 3b for recording the stimulated biorhythm information detected when the living body is stimulated; an evaluation part 5 for evaluating the change of the mental/physical condition of the living body based on the biorhythm information and stimulated biorhythm information; and a stimulation changing part 6 for changing the stimulation of the stimulation applying part 2b based on the result of evaluation by the evaluation part 5.
